Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used vape products cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Disposable vapes, e-liquids, and coils cannot be returned once opened, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
